From a 3-day Masai Mara safari to 10-day loops through the Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli and Tsavo, our Kenya safari packages are private trips with your own vehicle and driver-guide, starting from Nairobi on any date. Lodges, tented camps and budget camping are all possible on the same route.
The Masai Mara hosts the Great Migration river crossings from July to October and big cats all year; Amboseli is the place for elephants under Kilimanjaro; Lake Nakuru for rhinos and flamingos; Samburu for the northern "Special Five"; Tsavo for red elephants and wide-open wilderness. Nairobi National Park sits twenty minutes from the airport for a first or last game drive.
The Masai Mara reserve fee is US$200 per adult per day in peak season (July to December) and US$100 in the low season; other parks charge less. Lodging drives the rest of the price, from US$150 a night in simple camps to over US$1,000 in luxury conservancies. We quote every fee separately so you can see where the money goes.
Nairobi has direct flights from London (British Airways, Kenya Airways), Amsterdam (KLM) and Paris (Air France), plus one-stop options via Doha, Dubai, Istanbul and Addis Ababa. Kenya uses an electronic travel authorisation (eTA) applied for online before departure.

Typically all transport in a 4x4 safari vehicle, accommodation, meals as specified, park entry fees, permits such as gorilla or chimpanzee permits, an English-speaking driver-guide and airport transfers. International flights and travel insurance are usually not included; each tour page lists exactly what is in and out.
The tours on this page run from 4 to 21 days. Short trips focus on one park or one activity; 7 to 10 days lets you combine Masai Mara, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Samburu and Tsavo without rushing.
