Due to its close vicinity to Nairobi, Hells Gate National Park has become well-known. The name “Hells Gate” refers to the valley with steep cliffs that run through the park. You will be able to observe creatures like buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and enormous rodents throughout your game-viewing experience here. With the exception of one of the Big Five, “the buffaloes,” the park does not have any harmful species. For your self-guided game drive viewing, however, you must always have an armed guide with you. After the game drive you return back to your hotel for lunch and relaxation.
