DETAILED ITINERARY.

Day 1; Pick up from the airport followed by transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve

After arriving at the airport, our guide will brief you about the tour and drive you through the Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Have an en-route stop at the Great Rift Valley spotting point to take beautiful photographs of the historical rift valley escarpment. Masai Mara National Reserve is part of Serengeti plains and its most famous for the great wildebeest migration listed among the 7 natural wonders around Africa. The reserve is home to big 5 wildlife creatures that are lions, elephants, leopards, buffalos, and rhinos. Upon arrival, you shall proceed for an introductory game drive as you get prepared for a full-day game drive the following day. later return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2; Full-day exploration of Masai Mara National Reserve in a full-day game drive

On this day, you shall wake up at sunrise and head into the park for an early morning game drive where you shall encounter the predators returning to their homes after a long prey-hunting session. Return to the lodge for breakfast and head back out into the park for a full day of breathtaking exploration within the reserve. Expect to encounter the Big 5 and other creatures like bat-eared foxes, Caracal, Jackals, cheetahs, Serval Cats, Honey badgers, and Roan antelope, Zebra, Topi, Eland, Gazelle, and others. Later retire for dinner and overnight rest at the lodge.

Day 3.; Transfer from Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

Head in for one more early morning game drive in Masai Mara to experience what you might have missed in the previous game drives. Return to lodge for the breakfast, check out and set off for Lake Nakuru National Park where you shall arrive late in the evening. You shall then freshen up and have enough rest as you prepare for an engaging early morning game drive the next day.

Day 4; Transfer from Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park

Have early breakfast and set in for an early morning game drive within the park. Lake Nakuru National Park is well known for the leopards that are frequently spotted including the two species of Black and White Rhino. It’s also famous for the numerous bird species and large flocks of flamingoes. After the drive, you shall commence on a transfer journey to Amboseli National Park where you will arrive in time for a late evening game drive. Amboseli is well known for its backdrop scenery of the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro dominated by open plains.

Day 5; Exploring the endless plains of Amboseli National Park on a full day game drive

Take an early morning breakfast and proceed to the park for a full-day game drive. You will spend enough time within the park with a great view of its popular wildlife creatures an example of the hunted herbivores such as zebras, giraffes, hippos. You shall also be able to take numerous photographs with the backdrop view of Mount Kilimanjaro. After the engaging drive, you’ll return to lodge for dinner and overnight rest

Day 6; Transfer from Amboseli National Park to Tsavo East National Park

Have breakfast and embark on a journey to Tsavo East National Park. you’ll be driven through Nairobi-Mombasa Road direct to Tsavo East National Park which is the largest protected area within Kenya. The Park is a natural home to Africa’s “Big 5” that include black rhino, Cape buffalo, elephant, leopard, and lion. The game drive here shall provide youth with an opportunity to spot unparalleled biodiversity like eland, gerenuk, impala, giraffe, and over 500 bird species like the black kite, lovebird, sacred ibis among others. Return to the lodge for dinner and rest

Day 7; A full-day game drive in Tsavo East National Park

Have breakfast and head into the park for a full-day game drive. Tsavo East National Park is also among the oldest parks in Kenya situated South East of Kenya near Voi town in the Taita-Taveta District of Coast Province. The Park covers an area of 13747square kilometers. During the drive, expect to encounter Big Five animals around the popular Aruba dam where other wildlife can also be spotted

Day 8; Transfer from Tsavo East National Park to Tsavo West National Park

Have a leisurely breakfast and proceed to Tsavo West National Park with an en route game viewing at Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary. Tsavo West National Park was established in April 1948 and covers an approximate area of 9065 square kilometers. Upon arriving, you’ll set in for a full-day game drive where you shall visit Mzima Springs a place where hippos, crocodiles, bird species and other fish species can be spotted near the clear water. You shall also visit the Shetani Lava Flow where you will spot Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain from a distance

Day 9; Transfer to the airport for departure

on the last day of your tour, have breakfast and head into the park for one more last game drive. After the game drive, embark on a transfer journey to the airport through Nairobi where you may decide to buy some items depending on the time of your scheduled flight. This is the end of the 9-day Kenya endless plains and Big 5 safari tour
