8 Days Kenya Big Five Wildlife Safari

Welcome to Kenya! Meet your guide at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transfer to your Nairobi hotel. Evening safari briefing over welcome dinner.

Depart after breakfast heading north through the highlands. Cross the equator and arrive at Samburu. Afternoon game drive searching for the Samburu Special Five: Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, gerenuk, and Somali ostrich.

Full day of game drives along the Ewaso Nyiro River. Spot leopards, elephants, lions, and the unique Samburu species. Visit a local community for cultural interaction.

Morning drive south to Lake Nakuru National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afternoon game drive focusing on rhinos (both black and white) and flamingos along the lake shore.

Drive south to Amboseli National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Afternoon game drive with the snow-capped peak as your backdrop.

Early morning game drive for sunrise photography with Kilimanjaro. Then transfer to the Masai Mara via Nairobi. Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive in the world's most famous wildlife reserve.

Full day exploring the Masai Mara. Morning and afternoon game drives searching for the Big Five. Visit the Mara River for potential wildebeest crossings (seasonal). Optional Maasai village visit.

Final early morning game drive. After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi arriving by late afternoon. Transfer to JKIA for your departure flight. Farewell and safari memories to treasure.
