5days primate safari experience is planned for travelers who are interested in wildlife primate experience in Uganda. The highlight of the 5days primate safari is the gorilla trekking in Bwindi impenetrable national park and the chimpanzee trekking in Kibale national park. Besides the two primates, there is a chance for the visitors also to see or spot the baboon, monkey red-tailed, and other small primates in the forest of Bwindi and Kibale
Day 1: Transfer to Kibale
On the day of arrival at Entebbe international airport, the driver will Pick up from Entebbe airport and transfer to Kibale forest national park with a stopover in fort portal for hot lunch before proceeding to Kibale national forest. Accommodation chimpanzee forest lodge or papaya for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: chimpanzee habituation
After the early morning tea, the driver will take you to the park headquarters for the briefings. Where you will meet the park rangers to guide you about chimpanzee trekking or habituation. Leave for the morning chimpanzee habituation experience which will make you stay longer with the chimpanzees than the normal chimpanzee trekking. You enjoy an almost full day with these great apes right from the time when they are still in their nest up to the time they will be breastfeeding their young ones and other daily activities, you stay with them for 4-6 hours, after proceed to our hotel for dinner and overnight chimpanzee forest lodge
Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi forest
Leave Kibale in the morning the driver will take you through the Ishasha sector for tree-climbing lions. one of the great rare common tree-climbing lions in Uganda and other animals. This may take you about an hour in the Ishasha sector to have photos and enjoying nature, proceed to Bwindi reaching there in the evening for a night once you reach the hotel you sign in and shower then relax in the hotel premises, take a drink and meet other travelers within the hotel at Ichumbi Gorilla

Day 4: gorilla trekking
Have an early morning wake up by 6:00 am, for breakfast, by 7; 00 am leave for the park gate to enjoy the briefing about the do’s and don’ts, and to take you through the briefing process after that, you will be allocated to your respective gorilla family, where the trekking will take 4-5 hours, return to the lodge for relaxation, in the evening we shall visit the pygmies community/ Batwa the ones who used to live in the forest, we shall have some time with them enjoying their cultural performance and cultural norms. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla forest camp or Ichumbi gorilla lodge
Day 5: transfer back to Kampala
Morning breakfast after we shall leave The hotel in Bwindi and transfer to Entebbe international airport for departure .this drive will take us like 7 hours drive to Kampala with a stopover at Igongo cultural center, proceed to the Equator for photography and souvenirs as you say bye-bye to Uganda the pearl of Africa
