Early morning trek into forest to find gorilla family
Early morning briefing at UWA headquarters at 7 AM. Trek into the dense, misty forest with expert trackers (2-6 hours depending on gorilla location). Spend one magical hour observing your first gorilla family: silverbacks, mothers, juveniles at play. Return to lodge for celebration dinner.

Trek a different sector to encounter another gorilla family
Another early briefing and trek to find a second gorilla family. This double experience is rare and deeply moving. Each family has unique dynamics and personalities. Observe different silverbacks and their family structures. Afternoon at leisure to explore Bwindi village and interact with locals.

Return drive to Entebbe for evening departure
