Early morning drive to Volcanoes National Park (2.5 hours). After a brief rest and briefing, you trek into the misty bamboo forests. Locate and spend one hour with a habituated gorilla family. Afternoon: visit Iby'iwacu Cultural Village where you interact with local Rwandan communities, learn traditional medicine from local healers, and enjoy traditional dance performances.
