Airport pickup, drive west. Tea plantations, Rwenzori Mountain views. Afternoon crater lakes.

Arrive at Entebbe and transfer west through Uganda us beautiful countryside. Pass through tea plantations with spectacular views of the Rwenzori Mountains (the "Mountains of the Moon"). In the afternoon, visit Fort Portal us scenic crater lakes before settling into your lodge.

Kibale — Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi

Morning chimp trek — 13 primate species. Up to 4 hours with chimps. Afternoon Bigodi walk.

Pre-dawn wake-up for the main event! Trek into Kibale Forest National Park us rainforest to track habituated chimpanzees. Your expert guide will help you locate them using vocalizations and signs. Spend up to 4 hours observing them feed, play, and interact. Kibale is home to 13 primate species including chimps, red colobus, and L us hoest us monkeys. In the afternoon, visit Bigodi Wetland for bird watching (200+ species!) with local guides.

Morning at leisure or optional nature walk. Drive back for airport transfer.

Enjoy a leisurely morning with an optional nature walk around the lodge, or simply relax. Then drive back toward Entebbe with stops to stretch and enjoy Uganda us scenery. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
