Arrive in Kigali and begin your Rwanda safari with a guided city tour. Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial, explore the vibrant Kimironko Market, and enjoy the city’s growing café culture. Afternoon transfer to Musanze through Rwanda’s stunning terraced countryside. Check in at your lodge with views of the Virunga volcanoes.

Early morning drive to Volcanoes National Park for your gorilla trekking briefing. Trek through bamboo forests for 1 to 4 hours to find your assigned gorilla family. Spend an incredible one hour observing silverbacks, mothers, and playful juveniles. Collect your certificate and return for lunch. Afternoon at leisure to explore the lodge grounds and soak in the mountain atmosphere.

Morning golden monkey tracking in Volcanoes National Park — these beautiful endangered primates live in the bamboo zones of the Virunga mountains. After the trek, drive to the spectacular Twin Lakes Ruhondo and Bulera, nestled between volcanic peaks. Enjoy a boat ride and lakeside lunch with panoramic mountain views. Return to your lodge for a farewell dinner.

After breakfast, transfer back to Kigali with stops at scenic viewpoints. Optional visit to a local community project or coffee plantation. Arrive in Kigali with time for last-minute souvenir shopping before your departure.
