Scenic drive past tea plantations to the primate capital.
Your driver picks you up from your hotel for the 5–6 hour drive (about 320 km) to Kibale National Park, with lunch on the way and views of tea plantations and green hills.

A full morning with a chimpanzee family from the nest.
Start early with a briefing, then join rangers for the chimpanzee habituation experience, following a semi-habituated chimp family as they wake and begin their day — far longer than a standard trek.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP
Equator and crater lakes on the way, evening game viewing.

An hour with a mountain gorilla family.
After a briefing at the park headquarters, join a group of eight and follow an experienced ranger to your assigned gorilla family (3–7 hours). Spend a magical hour with the gorillas.

Golden Monkeys in Mgahinga
Track golden monkeys, optional Batwa community experience.
